APPOINTMENT INSTRUCTIONS
- Upon arrival at the parking lot, please email or call our office to let us know you’re outside, and we’ll let you know when you may come into the building. Please arrive 5 minutes before your appointment time. Any late arrivals may be asked to reschedule.
- The patient is the only one permitted in the office at this time. We ask that all parents, siblings, and spouses stay in the car.
- Patients will be asked to fill out a pre-health questionnaire and temperature will be taken.
- We encourage anyone entering the office to wear a face mask or face covering.
- Walk-in appointments are not permitted, must be confirmed with the front desk ahead of time.
- We will proactively schedule your next appointment for you. Please have the patient input their appointment on their phone when they are checking-out to minimize transfer between employee and patient/parent.

I went to Vital Dental with a broken tooth with an exposed nerve. Had no insurance so I was nervous. Was in extreme pain and was seen as soon as possible. The staff helped me to cope with the pain and then Dr Williams and his assistant worked magic to stop the pain and removed the broken tooth. The price was the cheapest in town for this fantastic service. I recommend this place 10000%
I needed emergency dental care and had viewed many websites before finding this dental office. The staff are professional, efficient and friendly! I was intending on them being a one time appt but have already switched Dentists after 30 yrs of same Dentist. The ladies are knowledgeable, very helpful and caring! I am very comfortable with the Dentist and staff and recommend this office!
